So we’re in February, the month of the Barn Dance has finally arrived.
Tickets are still available at Eleos in Chard, stop and have a milkshake whilst you’re there.. Toffee fudge is particularly yummy, it is on my dairy wish list when I stop breastfeeding!
With 23 days to go we’re getting very excited and very busy.
With just over a month to go we weren’t sure if we’d have an event let alone a raffle, but we’re here days to go and a raffle you’d be crazy to miss.
Over the next few weeks I’ll be listing the prizes with thanks to the absolutely fantastic people who have donated to our cause.
We’ve had some wonderful comments, about the amazing things we’re doing. The support we’re offering, and just how special this charity, our group really is.
Which makes is harder when the support from other areas has been slow. But the reason we’re raising the awareness and funds goes to show we can go through the worst and still remain standing.
Anyway as I said we have been so lucky with the support from various companies and people in general, really touched by the donated prizes we have received.
Our first selection are as follows
With thanks to Numatics of Chard, home to the Henry, took the time to not only donate a rather cute plush Henry and Two of his adventure books. They also donated a rather beautiful Dartington cut glass vase.
They even took time out of their busy day and delivered too, a very cheery delivery guy.. Andy.
We have also kindly been donated by none other than Bath Rugby a Bath Rugby shirt signed by the team. I’ve not unfolded, it but as you can see it looks fantastic.
We have so many more fantastic prizes including tickets for family days out in various South West locations, including Woodlands Theme Park
To be continued…
*daffodils not included they’re Melody’s 😉
