Barn Dance and Raffle another piece of the puzzle.

Here we are more prizes.
With only three weeks to go until our Barn Dance,  we’re certainly speeding through the weeks.

Our raffle went on sale this week, and it has so far been quite successful.

Going from just the four of us attempting to sell these fundraising tickets,  to having four local well known businesses selling our raffle tickets, with one business selling out within an hour I had  to give them more. Super!

So,today I bring you MORE prizes,  and I’ll let you meet our fantastic raffle ticket sellers too.

We have Plush Henry and his books,  Darlington Vase signed Bath Rugby Top, a beautiful crochet rainbow cushion,  tickets to Wookey Hole and a tram ride at Seaton Tramway.

Two of my favourite places.

Two tickets to Woodlands Theme Park,  this place is great for the whole family, and takes a full day (and more) to go around,  they even have slides suitable for adults.  We’ve been annually past couple of years and highly recommend it.  We’re really pleased to have them on board, supporting this amazing event by donating two entry tickets.  I hope whoever wins these will have just as much fun.

Thank you.

Next today is a family ticket to Devon Railway Centre, this is a fabulous centre for all train enthusiasts, and actually Gnome lovers too!  Another place we have been a few times, it is set in the beautiful Bickleigh,  peaceful surroundings, and is a perfect location for picnics after a little train ride.

If you’ve not been and would like to go,  you’re in with a chance of winning by purchasing a raffle ticket or two.

Highly recommend a visit.

As I mentioned we have some wonderful local businesses on board.  Just a little thanks here to these people.

We have Dove Tails which is home to a collection of local businesses all in one shop.  We have been incredibly lucky to have them not only donate prize after prize (all will be revealed) but are currently home to some of  our Raffle tickets.  One of the ladies working today was a little camera shy,  but I nabbed a photo of their lovely sign.  I will try to get a face or two behind Dove Tails before I finish…

Thank you.

Here we have Lisa of Baron’s Chard.

She has been incredibly kind with helping conquer my shyness (hard to believe I know), but offered to host some of our raffle tickets too, plus a raffle donation in the mix.

A little fun fact,  her daughter Leah was the winner of our design a poster competition (She’s also a Carnival Princess don’t you know.. Royalty)!

Thank you.

We also have The Phoenix Hotel, right in the middle of town, but the lovely Sarah who does a lot for various charities herself wasn’t there.. Next time!  The Phoenix has actually become a traditional home for Melody’s Birthday lunch, yummy food definitely worth a try.

Then we have Eleos, I’ve mentioned several times now and rightly so.  They’ve been host our Barn Dance tickets and now raffle tickets too.

Nat, Sarah and their team have been incredibly welcoming particularly for the baby loss group here in Chard.  And will be supporting a project in the pipeline.  I am so touched by their support.

(Here are Sarah and Emily) Sarah took the time to make some lovely Barn Dance advertisement too..

Thank you.

With the above four business’ support, these people show true community spirit and support.  We’re incredibly grateful.
Thank you all so much.
We still have loads of prizes to get through, and of course Dove Tails, and Phoenix photographs.

If you have gotten this far well done, and please please share, spread the word for our Barn Dance and most importantly Little Daffodils.
